Desert Wild Flower is our main production of honey. Desert Wild Flower consists of Alfalfa, and wild flowers that can consist of Mesquite, arrow weed, palo verde, ironwood, salt cedar, wild clover, and/or tamarack.

Desert Wild Flower is precisely that, flora that naturally grows in the wild around our bees. Therefore it is not possible for us to precisely identify the exact honey source. Also in the gathering process by the bees and ourselves in the extracting process it does get mixed. That being said Desert can be looked at as natures surprise in a whole.
